Xpertslog Datalogger:

Schelt Technology’s XPERTLOG 208E is designed for data logging applications having multiple sensors with not the same connectivity options. XPERTLOG 208E has a wide range of peripheral supports which will cater to any data logging requirements with data transfer and alarm management options.

Data collection

Analog inputs:
20 analog input ports shall accept 0-5V or 4-20mA output. CH-20 is internally connected for measuring the power supply voltage.
Digital inputs:
16 digital inputs ports shall be used for scanning the status of NO/NC outputs connected. Digital inputs are configurable as pulse counter also with a maximum frequency 500Hz
RS232:
3 RS232 can collect data simultaneously from different sensors / devices having RS232 output. Each port can be configured for different settings (In this project CH2 and CH3 are connected to wind speed & direction sensor where connection to CH2 is priority and CH3 is optional)
RS485:
Can be connected to multiple RS485 devices for data collection using RS485 interface (In this project RS485 port is to be connected to pressure sensor) GPS. Used to acquire Latitude, longitude, altitude and time synchronization.
Device configuration:
XPERTLOG 208E is configurable via Ethernet, Keypad or SMS. Configuration commands via SMS shall be accepted only from those mobile numbers which are authorized by XPERTLOG 208E
Software revisions:
Embedded software can be upgraded from USB storage device or via FOTA (Firmware Over The Air)
Security:
Accessing XPERTLOG 208E via Ethernet or keypad is strictly controlled by user password. SMS commands are accepted only if the sender mobile number is authorized by XPERTLOG 208E. Excitation Voltage +5 V output is available for powering up external sensors/devices.
Data querying
Live data is viewable in LCD display, local http interface or via SMS from authorized mobile numbers
RTC
GPS synchronized RTC. Synchronization interval is configurable by the user. (Default setting is 12hrs)
Customization
Embedded software is customizable for meeting the specific requirements (This shall be done by Schelt`s technical support team).
