MS-60S Smart Albedometer:

The S-series MS-60S ISO 9060:2018 Class B Pyranometer is a member of the most precise, dependable, and durable family of pyranometers in the world. It is designed for agricultural research, meteorological applications, and small to medium-scale solar plants. The MS-60S is equipped with EKO’s own 4-channel smart interface and is built with the same market-leading features as the Class A MS-80S, making it compatible with 99% of data loggers, DAQs, and SCADA systems.

The MS-60S, which is a member of the S-Series sensor family, also has internal diagnostic sensors that allow for remote observation of internal temperature, humidity, tilt, and roll angles, assuring optimal performance with lower maintenance costs.

The MS-60S is a Class B sensor that combines the most recent technology with the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and reliability. It is spectrally flat and has a new double-dome construction for lower offsets and cosine errors. It also comes with a 5-year warranty and advanced surge protection.

The MS-60S Albedometer measures albedo and total reflectance for a variety of applications, including solar power plants using bi-facial PV modules. It is made up of two MS-60S Pyranometers and the MS-Albedo Kit with a glare screen.

MS-60S pyranometers are constructed under strict quality checks and performance evaluations. EKO offers calibration that complies with the global norms established by ISO/IEC17025/9847 with a suggested re-calibration interval of two years.
