Meteoxperts provides 100% genuine products in excellent condition. If your product is found damaged, defective, or different from the order specifications, you have the right to return it. Our return policy allows for replacement or a refund within 7 working days, after the product is returned to our warehouse.

What is the cancellation guiding principle?

If you receive the wrong product, you can request a refund or replacement. If your order cannot be delivered, we will refund the full amount.

How can you cancel your order?

If you wish to cancel your order and find that the package is open, tampered with, or you do not like the product (if it is not installed), please email us at support@meteoxperts.com or call us at (+91)-120-4562-318.

Once cancellation is requested, a refund will be initiated once the returned product is verified. Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.

What are the guidelines for the Return Policy?

• Items must be unused/uninstalled and returned with original packaging, tags, invoices, and bills.
• Replacement or refund is available if the wrong product is delivered.
• Replacements are only available for the same product; exchanges for different items are not allowed.
• Returns are not accepted if items are missing or not in their original condition.
• Gift items will not be replaced, but if a product comes with a gift, the gift must be returned with the product.
• Some specific categories may not be eligible for return.
