The HailGuard is an intelligent impact monitoring sensor designed to detect and count impact events that exceed a configurable acceleration threshold. Using a high-performance smart accelerometer, the system accurately records impacts caused by hailstones, heavy raindrops, falling objects, stones, or mechanical shocks occurring on a calibrated sensing surface.

The sensor continuously monitors impact intensity and automatically logs events that exceed the configured threshold level. Each detected impact is transmitted through a wireless IoT communication system, enabling real-time monitoring and integration with remote environmental monitoring platforms and data acquisition networks.

Powered by an integrated solar panel and rechargeable battery, the HailGuard is designed for autonomous operation in remote locations. Its rugged iron alloy and stainless steel construction ensures dependable performance in harsh outdoor environments, making it ideal for hail monitoring, photovoltaic asset protection, infrastructure monitoring, and environmental impact detection applications.
