Category: Pyranometer
The RSG Class C Pyranometer is a professional thermopile-based solar radiation sensor designed for continuous measurement of global solar irradiance. It accurately measures the total incoming solar radiation across the 0.3µm to 3µm spectral range while maintaining excellent cosine response and long-term measurement stability.
Built according to ISO 9060 Class C and WMO recommendations, the RSG is suitable for meteorological observations, environmental monitoring, and photovoltaic performance analysis. Its precision thermopile sensing element provides reliable measurements with low zero offset, fast response time, and high sensitivity under varying weather conditions.
The sensor features a rugged anodized aluminium housing with stainless steel components for long-term outdoor operation in demanding environments. Multiple output options including thermopile, analog voltage, current, and RS485 ModBus ensure easy integration with weather stations, SCADA systems, solar monitoring systems, and data loggers.
